Here’s a little about Gavin & what drives his passion “I grew up in the small town of Bangor, WI. Everyone knew everyone. I was always a lover of animals and the outdoors, I grew up to the beat of a very outdoor lifestyle. I did some hunting as a young man too. I moved to Lacrosse WI after a year of college in Rochester MN. I’ve always been fascinated with wildlife. As the years passed I found myself through the ups and downs and painful lessons of my 20's.  After a rough life experience at 29, I rediscovered my love for wildlife and interest in photography.  I purchased a Nikon d3500 and started to learn editing skills.  After I purchased my 70-200 f2.8 I discovered the world through my first zoom lens. What a world that opened for me, inspiring even more interest in Wildlife Photography.  I’ve always loved the eagles in this area. Once I bought my Nikon 200-500mm, it was game over, and the eagles fast became my priority and passion. I live in a famous area for bald eagle activity & enjoy capturing these incredible raptors.” Photograph by Gavin McCue gavinmccuephoto
